At The Human Mind Trust, we value every contribution and payment. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Donations
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
2. Patient Payments
Advance payments made for admission or treatment are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be issued in special circumstances such as:
Duplicate transaction.
Excess payment due to technical error.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation of Services
Cancellation requests related to patient services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by hospital administration.
